I purchased an iPod nano in November 2007, sent it in for repair in December and January 5 & 15. This last time it was returned to me with missing parts and when I called to talk with them they stated it was not their fault and refused to correct their mess. I now have over $400 into this useless machine and will never purchase from Apple again.
