Appalling service ....
Took many weeks to set up an account whereas Halifax did it in a day. Was treated rudely by service staff, had to tell them what their duties were. Did not return calls on many occasions. Take your business elsewhere ... I did! Was very disappointed with the service I received. In the end I closed my account and moved to another bank.
