I received a call from the Mobile Phone Company saying my contract with Orange was up for renewal. I questioned this but they said they knew this as they provided my last phone. They offered me a better deal with 3, better phone etc. so I decided to go ahead with them. The phone arrived the next day and as advised I phoned Orange to get my pac number. Orange said my contract was not up for another 5 months and it would cost me £70 to get this. I phoned MPC back and they didn't say much other than send the phone back. Since then I have checked my direct debits and not 1 but 2 have been set up by MPC, one with 3 and 1 with Fonesure! Apparently Fonesure provide insurance however insurance was never mentioned in the phone call. When I explained this to Mob Phone Company they said I would have been told about this in my second quality control phone call from them - which I've never received!!!
I basically phoned to complain today and they were not in the least bit interested.
To sum up I think they have been rubbish and would not recommend them at all!
