Good Points
Very rugged, reasonably compact.
Bad Points
Getting out of date - no camera, music player, color screen, E911 service, etc. Fairly heavy compared with newer phones.
General Comments
I have used this phone for about 5 years now and have no complaints about it. I am a light cell phone user who only makes occasional calls. However, I do carry this cell phone (in case of emergencies) all the time. I have carried it for years and dropped it multiple times but nothing has broke and it still works. I am (regretfully) having to switch to a new phone, however, simply because this model is getting so out-of-date. Sprint recently sent me a letter that informed me that, due to changes in their network, that I may experience a "loss of (analog) roaming coverage". They also said that I should "consider upgrading to a handset with increased digital capabilities". I had been thinking about upgrading anyway (to get cool new features) and this was the final straw. I am upgrading to a newer model with more features. Hope it holds up as well as this Samsung SCH-3500 did!
