Good Points

Black card looks nice


Bad Points

Customer service is very bad. I travel a lot and rely on my credit card. I call every time I travel (I suck up a 20 min call... putting a note on the account seems like something they have never done before) but still I get cut off. Service is only available UK hours (call out of hours they can do basically nothing) Cash back is ok (though go for an egg if it's a big thing for you)


General Comments

Overall I thought I would like this card, but as soon as a pay off this month (like I do every month...on time) I'll drop the card and go back to AMEX or (shock) HSBC. At least you can call them and they have set procedures for issues
