Delay on delivery plus after sales service
They delivered it late. The website says this tub is from USA but I am under the impression it is from China . Model specific manuals (i.e. what model filter, what is the capacity) should be easy to do, as should manuals for the audio system. The tub is great, but we had small problems that could have easily been avoided and have still to be sorted, we did have an appointment for them to sort these but this has not happened yet. The latest is an electrical fault which has rendered the tub inoperative - 2 weeks for them to come out - if it happens. If they sort it all I will be straight back to let people know. We would be happy to recommend the tubs, but feel let down by the way the company does things.
