Bad Points

They never applied the multiple dog discount. I over paid for 9 months then when renewing the 1st policy found out it was too much. They gave me $9 back. Then once I renewed the policy it went up $8 a month.


General Comments

Veterinary Pet Insurance is not worth the money. Too much bother for little back. They told me something when you call then didn't apply it my your policy. Looking for better service. They tell you later you need to submit writen notice. All I wanted to do was change my name when I got married. They said it was taken care of but then months later I was told I had to submit a written request. Yet they changed the name on my debt card for payment right away....
