General Comments

Have been waiting nearly a week for an iPod via Parcelfoce from Play.com

After reading other reviews I'm seriously worried as to whether I'll get the thing or not. Don't know what to do

    I found this review unhelpful because... It doesn't really detail anything, like whether the person complaining has made enquiries with Parcelforce, whether they've checked to make sure the item was actually picked up or dispatched, whether it was delivered but to the wrong address, etc. Too many unanswered questions and may well be just a general grudge against them.

    Er, no. Actually I've NEVER used them before. So it ISN'T a general grudge against them. I had a confirmation email telling me it had been sent on the 18th. It's now the 30TH. Still nothing!
