Smart aircraft, helpful staff, fast checkin and good food and entertainment
leg room in economy, but that probably applies to most airlines
I flew LHR to San Francisco, It was the first time i had flown Virgin, having always used BA in the past. I was very happy with the overall experience, its hard to find anything to fault really, The cabin staff seemed to be a lot more laid back that those on BA ()and a lot yonger) while still being professional and attentive.
