The features offered are great. After initial installation on pc to be monitored, tracking works fine.
Bad Points
After reboot of pc to be monitored, web watcher no longer runs. Although ticket opened, support was unable to fix prior to the 5-day full-refund period. service was cancelled and refund requested.
General Comments
It's possible that web watcher will find a fix for the issue. When the software can continue running after reboot and no other issues exist, this software will offer great options for parents looking to monitor computer use.
