None at all.
Found some of the stuff a bit rude and obstructive when dealing with my claim. They didn't answer correspondence and denied receiving it, eventhough I sent it recorded delivery.
Two days before our departure to Egypt, our son died unexpectedly. It took 12 months for them to repay the cost of the holiday and only through the intervention of the ombudsman. You can imagine the distress this caused ourselves
