Great price, usually fast to come out and usually able to repair there and then.
Beware of the renewal quote which can jump up compared with the original price.
I have used them at least four or five times (12 year old Fiesta I'm afraid) and they have been brilliant (even if I had to wait in the cold for 2 hours one night - but being a single man it can't be helped). one time my battery was flat and the rac guy, came out and checked it fully over (not just restarting and drving off) and then helped me loosen a bolt which the guy in Halfords said I'd need to drill out (saving me £££), offered me an RAC battery but then said it was expensive and suggested a cheaper place to go (saving more £££). The guys are all usually friendly and happy to offer advice and look over the car and make sure you are fully prepared before driving off - so its a yes from me!
