Teac cx 200 idab is a great product
non - existent respect fo the customer
I purchased a Teac cx 200 idab docking station from Comet and was refused a price match with Empire Direct because their model which was identical in spec was called an mcdx 220 idab, it was '£10 cheaper at Empire Direact but required a 10 mile drive, so I bought Comets. I was assured by the assistant that if I could buy it cheaper anywhere else they would refund the difference, The fiddle is that only Comet have this model number. I got home and looked on the internet and found Comet had it on special offer with a voucher code for '£20 less than I had paid. I contacted Comets customer sevices but was informed that they would not price match internet prices even their own. This is ridiculous it means that only Comet have the product they are price matching, and their promise is totally worthless. Comet will be my last choice of supplier in future. There is no feeling worse than being ripped off.
