I have switched from supanets dial up to broadband service 11 days ago now, the first day was fine, no problems. The second day and every subsequent day afterwards I have not been able to connect, only for 52 seconds! Have had 3 voyager 105's sent to me, had an engineer at the exchange and had an engineer come to my house - he says the line is perfect!
After this now Supanet are sending me a wireless router to see if that works, this has taken 11 whole days of phone calls, but they are providing me with a free dial up service.
