Service is pretty simple to use, simple billing.
Reliability was bad in my experience...
I knew the Panayeas brothers who originally founded Freedom2Surf and got a great service for quite a few years. Now that it has been folded into Pipex, over the past 18 months the reliability has in my opinion become poor.
I have 15 domains, with email and web hosting and the support guys don't really appear to care when my email takes 24 hours to arrive. Once or twice in year having major email problems is OK, but the amount of issues they have is poor. I keep telling them the "traffic light" indicators show green when in fact the systems are down.
I would not recommend Freedom2Surf to people now; I used to introduce alot of business to them.
