General Comments

Novatech... Laptop with a CD-RW, which should've been a DVD-RW in my opinion (even had a DVD-RW facia on it!), 2 hard drives that have gone down with errors within 6 months of each other, 2 hard drives in 14 months (one recently) that were older drives packaged with newer stock codes, so appeared to be new drives on the outside... In my experience, numerous call transfers, hours of time on the phone for a total refund including delivery charges.
