General Comments

I ordered some blank DVDs on 17 December 2007 and my credit card was debited on 18th. Despite sending a dozen e-mails, nothing as arrived as of 22 January 2008.

I also tried to order a photo jigsaw on 8 December 2007. The upload of the photo failed after they had taken my money. I emailed them for a refund and they responded saying it would be processed. As of 22 January I have had no refund.
