Good Points

Orange used to be so good.


Bad Points

Appalling customer service when saying things will be sorted out. Coupled with a bit of rudeness and, well, that's how you lose customers forever.


General Comments

have used Orange for years and years. Trying to get a business phone replaced or fixed (K810i which they have admitted has had a lot of problems), but they won't replace and don't get back to me with a fix. Didn't they used to be so good in the olden days?
