This was an awful experience. We would never use them again and certainly would never recommend them to anyone else.

General Comments
We ordered flowers for a wake that never arrived and then arrived for a small short service the next day. We had called to make sure that they would be there for the wake - which the customer service rep said they would be - and then they didn't arrive until too late. When we spoke to customer service about canceling the order they said that they wouldn't because they had sent them. The customer service representatives were rude, unprofessional and patronizing toward me.
