In my opinion unhelpful service and download speeds.
Unfair contract as far as I am concerned
I am trying to cancel because I have found a much cheaper provider, but they changed their terms half way through my contract without me knowing and now want £39.99 for canceling within 24 months when I took out a 12 month contact. To me, this is the action of a unhelpful organisation and I would not recommend them to anybody.
