Random replies to emails
As simply as I can put it: incompetent, dishonest, disorganised, disappointing
Order sent on 15th November for overseas delivery. Despite showing all items in stock they weren't (The MD recently sent a voucher stating that there were problems due to the bedding in of a new system - who in their right mind changes their system before Christmas?).
Still haven't received my items over 2 months later and waiting for a refund.
