Oh dear. How I wish I had read this review site before placing an order. I ordered a bed and mattress from Best Choice Furniture on Thur 3rd Jan and asked for delivery Mon 7th Jan. No one rang me to confirm my order so I rang them on the Monday to be told the company who make the covers for the mattresses had a machine breakdown so my bed would be delivered the next Saturday or Monday and they would call to let me know. By Friday, having received no call I rang them and was told someone would ring me back within a couple of hours. No one rang me back. On the Saturday at 4pm I got a call to say the driver had had a bad accident so my bed would not be delivered until the following week. I was promised delivery on the following Saturday but someone would ring me back to confirm, No phone call. I rang them and was told someone would ring me back to confirm delivery. No phone call. I have rung today (Monday 21st Jan) and been told they are waiting for the base for my bed. Unbelievable! I demanded to speak to the Manager who said delivery would be next weekend. I said this was not good enough and demanded a refund. He then said he woiuld have it with me today, even if he had to deliver himself. Wel'll see. Very, very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone
