Good Points

There are no good points about this vacuum!


Bad Points

Cuts out. Filters block. Dust gets stuck in pipes. Smells. Falls over.


General Comments

Where do I start? It cuts out after 3 minutes. It falls over all the time. The filters are constantly blocked. When you clean and wash the filters (every 5 times of use) they take ages to dry and then stink! Have had an engineer to look at this because it kept cutting out, total waste of time drilled holes in it to help circulation and then went. Tried it out the next day and it was just the same. Comet will not give a refund on this product as they say there is nothing wrong with it! I expect to be able to vacuum with the Hoover....so far I have only made it round 1and half bedrooms at the most!
