Very Fast service, No quibble replacment, 5-10 % discount on amazon DVD purchases. Keep lots of special interest titles.
Some bad disks, although they are repalce without bother. Fine for me with my requirement being mainly Aviation / history and old TV shows, there is frequently a wait for popular titles though.
This is the only rental company that i have any experience of, the service is very good, and the email updates and product selection works fine. No real issus although several DVDs have gone missing on their way back and fourth.
