Fantastic customer service at Lloyds TSB, friendly staff, great value for money, just absolutely fantastic.

   I disagree with this review because although Lloyds Internet Banking is excellent, as soon as you have to deal with actual people things rapidly unravel. My Lloyds business centre seems to be staffed by a team of target driven salesmen whose only interest is to make as much money as possible from your account. I wouldn't mind quite to much if they didn't make it so obvious. They really are like the stereotypes in the recent TV ads. After 30 years of personal banking with Lloyds and 10 years of business banking I'm moving.
