Customer service

Good Points

Good communication and no problem increasing credit limit. Customer Service staff are always pleasant and efficient.

Bad Points

Sometimes difficult to get through on the phone and the online security is a pain.

General Comments

Overall, I have always received good customer service from Tesco. I get Clubcard Points on all my spending and I get email alerts if I go over the amount I specified. I can see my statements and manage my account online.
