Good Points

The soles showed no sign of wear.


Bad Points

Stitching on the toe fell apart within 6 weeks, straps overstretched and twisted giving insecure fit, look so shabby they needed to be polished twice a week to look passable.


General Comments

My son's shoes have always looked virtually new even after he's worn them for six months. Therefore, I know that he is very "light on his feet". These Start-rite School Shoes were a huge disappointment.
From now on I will only buy Geox (similar price) and in a class of their own.
