Car hired in Dubrovnik Airport had numerous scratches & dents on it.
Lack of paperwork prevented a border crossing into Montenegro, which upon reporting to their rep, I had to drive to Dubrovnik airport to collect. Upon arrival at Dubrovnik Airport, found the Economy Car Rentals agent desk. The rep there could not find our reservation details so after a 3 hr flight arriving at night, we had to wait another 40mins or so until our details were found.I can tell you we just wanted to get to our destination at 30mins distant.
The Skoda car was a 2006 model but very scrappy.
The car also had half a tank of petrol upon collection, needless to say the car was returned likewise.
