Accuracy, ease of use, looks good, reputable manufacturer, ability to de-cock! which is a rare function on an air rifle!!!
fiddly loading system. - micro movement loading system requires far more than a 'micro movement', and it's actions are far from silent!
The micro movement loading system - or whatever bsa call it, is a good idea, but it's not as micro as you may believe. Moving both hands/fingers from your grip to reload is obviously twice the movement as moving only one hand, e.g. using the old bolt action system (e.g. my AA s410) also, the spring loaded 'probe' is rather noisy. Now I have updated my ultra multi shot with a better silencer (the one supplied is good, but only if your group of prey is far away and deaf! No-no, that's an exaggeration, it's a very good silencer, but there are far better ones out there.. ) now use some German wein????? something silencer, the spring loaded probe, when released after the shot, is louder than the rifles action - seriously! I get ragged for that at the club, so applying slight pressure upon the probe when it withdraws is one way round the loud 'twang', but why should I! also upgraded with a bsa cats eye sight. The one with the adjustable glow in the dark recticle. sweet... used in target practice at local club - very impressive accuracy-or maybe i'm just a damn good shot!?!, and during stealthy rabbit and pigeon raids, they don't stand a chance. took the head clean off a pigeon at 25meters - very gory - very satisfying! :) overall - splendid bit of kit. nothings perfect!
