What a pleasure it has been to deal with Waitrose, after years of hassle from another ISP. Conversion to wireless broadband was achieved smoothly and quickly, with expert assistance from staff on the Helpline.
Can't think of any bad points, other than perhaps reluctance to defer the changeover for a week while I was on holiday. In the event it turned out not to be a problem.
It has been fantastic to get an immediate reply from their Technical Support Team, when I had become used to waiting for ages (and spending a fortune on telephone calls while listening to Vivaldi) and being assured that all their advisers were busy etc, etc, by my previous ISP.
Full marks to Waitrose for their excellent service to date, which I have no doubt will continue.
