First transaction on card has a 20% discount
Had the card since August 2007, but still cannot get through to their customers services after twenty minutes of holding just to register the blooming thing!
Originally opened the card with them for the promised discounts. I received the card and my first bill pretty much straight away which I paid off with their telephone banking system. In order for me to keep on using the card I had to phone a telephone number to get the card registered. Well I've had the card 5 months now and still cannot get through to their customer services to register it! They can contact me quite easy though just to ask if I want to protect my card if I fell out of work etc etc. But if I ask them about registering it, "That's not their department" and "ring customer services". Waste of time if you ask me!
