For some reason the top rack is almost impossible to stack with glasses or mugs, we have had 4 dishwashers over the past 20 years, and we have broken more glasses in the past 3 months whilst opening the dishwasher than we have in the past 20 years, it's almost a daily occurrence.
I would seriously look at other manufacturers products for future purchases.
We are considering cutting our losses and dumping the ZDF and buying another BOSCH
