None any more. - Abbey looks a better bet to me.
Business internet banking is terrible. Today I received a letter sent to all Business customers apologising for the technical problems (these have been going on for a least a year!) and suggesting I use the service early in the morning or late at night. Having tried doing payroll for the end of month I still couldn't get on even at 8pm - the cut off for transaction processing that day.
When I phoned Customer service they said don't worry they would process it over the phone. Great - only they forgot to say that it would take a day longer this way. Ending up doing Chaps at £25 a hit. They said they would meet this cost but never did.
You have to use the post office to bank cash because their branch network is so small. 70p per credit. (They closed the Guildford branch soon after I opened our account there.)
£3 month service charge. 17p/electronic credit/debit, 23p cheques. providing min balance is £1000, otherwise 70p per item.
Note: telephone banking takes 4 days to arrive, but internet banking only 3.
You can't use the Coop supermarkets for business banking - only personal accounts.
