General Comments

small order of 11 that now amounts to 31 for xmas paper. I was in hospital when my payment was due and received a bill which included admin costs of 20. I explained that I was in hospital and could prove it but very rude person on the other end of the phone said that people try anything to get out of paying. In the end I was offered a 20 credit note which I don't want as I will end up paying for things that I don't want and have to pay to have them delivered.
We hear all the time about the extortionate charges from the banks but Studio card are equally as bad.
It is very easy to place an order on the phone but try getting hold of someone in customer service for an after sales consultation....almost impossible!!! I decided before not to purchase anything from Studio after receiving an order which included items that were disappointing to say the least but I didn't think buying xmas paper would cause me such a problem. Xmas is costly enough especially when there are children to consider.
I have definitely learnt my lesson this time and will never, ever purchase anything from them again!

    I too have been charged administration fee by studio cards after a payment reached them four days late I was charged £20.00 I emailed them and told them I didn't want anything else to do with the company and to stop sending me catalogues this was acknowledged but a catalogue arrived I threw it straight in the recycling bin this month another catalogue arrived I tore it up but on doing so noticed another statement enclosed with further charges for having not paid the last admin charge why send statements with catalogue I was fuming they are still charging me £20.00 as far as I am concerned they are allowed to do it and I realise I am not alone with this problem.
