Good Points

Has just about all the kit you'd ever want.
4 wheel drive only when you need it.
Plenty of interior and luggage space / comfort for a family with 2 tall teenagers.
No glitches after 5,000 miles.
Non-macho.
Few around.
A lot of car for the money.
Feels rugged.


Bad Points

Struggles to achieve 40 mpg unless you drive at 60 mph on motorway.
Sat nav a little cumbersome as requires city / street / house number for result not just postcode and house number.
Small fuel tank.


General Comments

If you can get over the brand you'll be content with your buy.
Car magazines classify it as a 'small family car' on par with VW Golf . In my opinion the classification seems a mistake as this is one of the first sensibly sized on demand 4 wheel drive SUVs for the mainstream which is now being copied by at least 3 other manufacturers.
