Bad Points

Not really any bad points. The hinges of the door of the main oven had to be replaced. I could still use the second oven and Britannia sent an engineer. It was sorted within 10 days or so. Otherwise I haven't had any issues in five years.


General Comments

I have recommended Britannia to friends. I like the rotisserie. It is easy to use, easier than roasting a chicken.
My husband uses the Cheftop for frying steaks or lamb steaks. He loves it. Not really any bad points. The hinges of the door of the main oven had to be replaced. I could still use the second oven and Britannia sent an engineer. It was sorted within 10 days or so. Otherwise I haven't had any issues in five years.
