compact. decent range from short barrel. decent accuracy from short barrel. able to hold 9.6v 1400 mah battery without any modifications. begs for a tight-bore barrel with the extra room in the suppressor. 320 fps out of the box is good for stock AEG in the 200-250 dollar price range. HK style iron sights are amazing.
Bad Points
um. i dont know if i can think of any. i guess the fact that you have to buy a 20+ dollar mount to put optics on it is slightly annoying. but thats about it. oh. the paint scratches off the grooves for the stock. but i think that just makes it look more badass, but i guess some people might not like that.
General Comments
bought this gun just before Christmas, and i am very happy with her. she shoots 320 fps stock, and has decent range and accuracy for such a short barrel. overall i am very happy with this gun as a MOUT/CQB gun, and i plan on upgrading the FPS and putting a tightbore barrel inside the suppressor to turn her into my primary for woodland as well. i would recommended this gun over the SD6 unless you are a lefty, because the SD3 style grip not only looks better but it is much more comfortable. this is the third high end airsoft gun i have owned (the other two being a TM P90, and a CA SLR105A1) and this is by far my favorite of the three. the one other thing i would like to say, is that all MP5s are great because you can fit like 4 MP5 mags in a pouch for 2 M16 mags.
