I've had deliveries just not turn up. SMS maintains they deliver but don't even leave a card. I rearranged an urgent delivery of concert tickets for that night and after a no-show spoke with their call centre who just said "Yeah the driver had a busy day so couldn't get round to you"?!

General Comments

Worst courier I've ever had the misfortune to deal with, and that's saying something.
