MS Emilio Review

the ms emilio was a beautifull boat wich i could not find any fault with whatsoever, we were upgraded ,free of charge to a beautifull suite , i had heard that the food wasnt that goo but i disagree i found it to be very good and plenty of choice , i would have liked there to have been more egyptian dishes like lentils and humous, there was fresh fruit yogurt all kinds of breads and rolls, sweets galore, no way could you go hungry unless you were very fussy,
the early morning starts were hard but we got used to it quickly,
the sight we saw were awsome and i would have liked to have had longer to absorb what i saw, !!!
the staff on the boat were great very friendly also funny,
we were waited on hand and foot nothing was too much bother ,
there were plenty of sunbeds, a beautifull bar and resturant ,
it was definatly worth a 5* rating, everything was very clean ,

the bad points were not being told how freezing it is at 6am when we were ouside looking at temples you need a coat and hat trousers socks and shoes , my boyfriend had to give me his socks and hat i was so cold , once the sun comes up it warms up, and by 10am its warm,
i wouldnt recomend going to a town od market without a guide as i have never been so hastled in my life they wont take no for an answer and i saw people being dragged into shops thet bit is scary !
if your a woman cover your body up, i was wrapped in a large scarf with a dress and leggings and my ancles got stared at !
women are hardly seen so men stare at you and its creepy ,they only see you as no good,
also if you book a long trip make sure its on a coach with a toilet , we booked a four hour trip and they wanted to put us on a minibus with no toilet , you have to go in an armed convoy and can not stop at all because its dangerous, wich is frightning, i was told i could use a bucket in the back of the minibus, we ended up not going wich was a shame as it had cost us '£60 each ,we are trying to get our money back,
another thing is that as soon as you get on the boat we were asked to book expensive trips extra to what we had encluded i the price , they a crazily expensive loike '£40 each to viset 2 museums,
if you havnt been to a 3rd world country before it can be a real culture shock especiall in a muslim country,
my advice is to go on arranged trips with a guide and dont go off on your own it may not be safe,
one hose and carrige we went on the driver ripped us off he ended up getting '£20 off us also he tryed to take us to his house where im sure he had some other nasty plan for us !
so keep your wits about you, severla people were robbed so keep you money safe !
