Good Points

I have good customer service experience and I like the additional benefits of the card


Bad Points

The annual fee


General Comments

If you use your points to pay for the annual fee, it takes 90,000 points per year (20,000 points = $100).

If, instead, you get the AMEX Blue Cash Back ... use that as your primary card, I should get the $450 back with spending $35-40k per year and still get the perks of the Platinum. It seems like such a waste for me to have two accounts when one will do ... just to get a better cost basis.
