NONE WHAT SO EVER
This company is probably one of the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered. They acted on behalf of a residents management company. Service - what service? Things became so bad that we got a solicitor to try and resolve a number of issues. They did not even respond to solicitor's letters! We had to sort out annual returns otherwise they would not have been filed on time. We had a hike in charge (for their services only) of almost two times (£750 to ~ £1.3K) without a single letter or reason for this. There is nothing you can do. If you hold back payment they get debt collectors in and charge you for that!
