brilliant dvd cant fault it

there are no bad points to this dvd. it is totally brilliant. it is a proper workout and not just dancing around like some celebrity dvds. and im proof that it works. ive lost that stubborn half stone ang gained a six pack through this dvd alone

After having my baby I couldn't lose the last half stone I'd gained. I tried everything so i bought davinas dvd. i worked out to it at first 4 times a week and within about a month that half stone had gone. this is a proper workout that tones you right up its quite hard at first but the more i did it the easier it got. brilliant is all i can say.
