Too Many to mention - Awful, I've only been with them three weeks and I wish I hadn't bothered.


General Comments

1. Extremely slow money transfers to other accounts in comparison to other banks
2. The 'account alerts' are pointless - whats the use if they come through 2 days after the debit/credit that you were wanting to be alerted to?
3. Standing orders are not showing as going out of my account until nearly 5pm... useless when you're trying to keep track of your money in the morning
4. The staff are... to put it politely - Idiots

In summary I just wish I'd stayed with my last bank or opened account with a proper online bank like First Direct - at least then I'd be able to pay in cheques over the counter and not just by post, get text alerts when the events happen (!), see my standing orders go out first thing in the morning.
