Its solid, reasonably quick and quite reliable when you have removed all the usual dell Bloatware.
It has started overheating, a week after my warranty ran out. The sound was never good - watch a DVD and it skips horribly, which thier support forum failed to fix. However to their credit, they did offer to service it it free of charge, with me just paying for the parts. Seemed more economical to get an external fan though which semi controls it.
I would not buy this laptop again, get a Toshiba not a Dell laptop in my opinion.
