looks, size, great slide action.

Bad Points

Every phone (I had 4 sent from o2!)had different faults!

General Comments

Early September I phoned Car Phone Warehouse Royal Quays who told me I needed a special No from O2 as I was on "pay as you go" and I intended to go on contract for a Siemens SL55.
O2 telephone sales then convinced me to buy their phone as a result and cut the Car Phone Warehouse out of the deal!
Phone arrived on 8th September 2003 with fault. Told by O2 to take phone to O2 shop in Newcastle. Waited one & half hours but they would not change phone as it had been bought from their telephone sales department, can you believe it! (no apology from shop manager!)
After many, many, many hours in the O2 telephone queue and after receiving another 3 faulty Siemens SL55 phones with all different faults (they must have been a bad batch) and having posted 4 phones back to O2 by November 8th 2003 I have decided to buy another make, probably a Samsung or Motorola.
What a month of hassle. Crud Choice. What a shame and waist of advertising for Siemens!
No apology from O2 to date.
