I have read other reviews here as I am exasperated with e and l. They are a poor company and I hope that many other people read these reviews before wasting their money. I have had a claim in for three months now, and many telephone calls later I was told to complain, which I did - my claim was then denied on the grounds of my pets illness being linked to a totally unrelated condition two years previously. My vets have now had to intervene, but I am still waiting for a decision. I would never recommend them to anybody - pay a little bit more.
