Generally works well but if there is a problem you can't rely on their customer services to sort it out.
I was charged twice for item on card. I wrote to their Andover Customer Services in July 07 - prompt acknowledgement with standard response of saying "expect to complete enquiries in next 4 weeks", after which they wrote another standard letter saying a "further 4 weeks". Further 4 weeks later still another letter asking me "to bear with us for a little". 10 days later Andover say they are referring it to Manchester "who will be contacting you shortly" It's late September now! A month later I send a "final" chaser letter which draws zero response from Andover and still have heard nothing from Manchester or Andover and it's nearly February! Having been a loyal customer of Lloyds for 40 years+ this has`tested my loyalty to the extreme. In the not too distant past Lloyds would have refunded this and argued with the supplier but now it's the customer they don't seem to believe. It was only £30 but it could have been a lot more. Next stop the Ombudsman, but what a waste of everyone's time.
