Good Points

We stayed in the Gotico V apartment.
no problems, apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need (except of the washing mashine). We did not have any problems with cocoon, our deposit was refunded even one day before our departure. Location of the apartment was really great, the sleeping room was with aircon and very quiete because it was situated to a courtyard. Supermarkets are near by.


Bad Points

Beds were too short, (1,80!!m) and this is really not acceptable. I am 1,72 so it was more or less ok.
Be aware of the sleeping sofa in the living room, it is impossible to sleep there. It is extremly uncomfortable I tried it out. (some iron stages that stick in your bag or stomach).
(but if you look at the pictures each gotico apartment has a different sofa)
There was not enough warm water, we had warm water maybe for 5 minutes, than you had to wait maybe 20 min untill the next one could take shower. Although in the summer we took also cold showers and did not mind. (and believe me I take showers 3 times a day).


General Comments

I would rent the apartment again, it was not so expensive (90 euros a night)- but not during the winter because of the water problem. Although it might be that this is a problem many apartments have
