General Comments
Simply my worst online shopping experience ever!!! And I've been shopping on the net since 1998.
I ordered items for Christmas gifts at the start on December and at the time all items were shown as in stock.
I phoned a week and a half later to check why I hadn't received my order to be told that two of the items were out of stock. I asked them to send the remainder of the order and I was told it would ship the next day.
Nearly a week later still no order and I get an email to say that my order had shipped minus two different items(not the previous two) were out of stock and were not shipped but that they had shipped the in stock items so that I would have my order for Christmas (gee thanks)
My order finally turned up on the 29th of December minus the above items.
Sent two polite but firm emails to complain about their lack of service to various listed addresses on the site and I've yet to have the courtesy of a reply.
Will NEVER use again.
