Excellent customer service. Discovered 2 nights ago that one of the DVDs in the box set i had ordered was a duplicate. Via the website (and very simply) organised for DHL to collect the box set the next day. This morning the brand new replacement arrived. No having to trek back to a shop or search for a receipt - no need to go to the post office and queue for a proof of postage. Thoroughly impressed.
